Solution

The software package, LS Survey System was customized to the specific requirements of the client and the surveys were conducted to maximum satisfaction. The result: LS was also chosen to conduct two different types of 360 degree appraisals for the client one for the company leadership, and other for chosen women employees.

Conducting employee satisfaction surveys involving employees located in a number of locations, and ensuring that the exercises, and reports generated were flawless.
